I’ve been training Morgan for many years now, starting when she was in high school as a 3-sport athlete playing volleyball, basketball, and softball.

Now that she’s away at college, as a dual sport athlete playing volleyball and softball, we’re only able to train when she’s home on her breaks.

However, through Morgan’s hard work and dedication, we’re able to make significant improvements in her strength and sports performance.

As a dual sport freshman, Morgan has:
-Started for both her VB & SB teams
-Played in every PAC game for both teams
-Made it to PAC semifinals for VB
-Won the PAC championship for SB
-Nominated for Dual Sport Athlete of the Year
-Maintained straight A’s and Dean’s List

Morgan has already made serious impact as a freshman, and is already looking forward to her sophomore seasons 💪🏼

Some of my lower-body strength training from last week. Single-Leg Squat is hands down my favorite for unilateral lower body strength, stability, and dynamic control. Combined that with a long-duration isometric in a Split-Squat to finish it off. Simple and effective

When any of my clients set a goal for themselves, it is very easy for me to map out everything they need to do in order to achieve said goal.

However, it’s the work they do outside of our training sessions that ultimately propel them towards their goals.

My client in the video is both a personal training client and nutrition coaching client; her progress is a result of a much more wholistic approach that I find leads to greater goal acquisition in the long-term.
