Dacie R Bridge, Bridge Fitness and Nutrition, LLC

Dacie R Bridge, Bridge Fitness and Nutrition, LLC I help health-driven people build muscle, support metabolism, and improve gut function by correcting lifestyle and nutrition driving their symptoms.

I prioritize energy balance, stress management, and structured training so everything works together. Most of the clients I work with are not beginners. They already strength train. They track their food. They’re consistent, motivated, and willing to make real lifestyle changes. Yet despite “doing everything right,” they’re still dealing with issues like chronic bloating or digestive discomfort, b

rain fog and/or low energy, food reactivity that seems to come out of nowhere, poor training return on effort, and frustrating plateaus in body composition. If that sounds familiar, you’re NOT broken. You’re likely dealing with a mismatch between training load, nutrition, stress, and physiology. That’s where my work comes in. I don’t approach gut health, metabolism, or hormones as isolated problems. In my experience, persistent gut symptoms are rarely fixed by adding more supplements, drinking detox teas, or chasing the “perfect” elimination diet. These approaches often manage symptoms while ignoring the underlying drivers. Instead, I focus on identifying and correcting the root cause of your gut and metabolic concerns. I coach from the intersection of: physiology, systems biology, real-world behavior, and long-term sustainability. This means I care less about trends and more about why your body is responding the way it is, what signals are being misread or overwhelmed, and how to restore function without over complication. Precise, but also practical. Clinical, but approachable. Data-informed, not data-obsessed. Working with me requires consistency, curiosity, and a willingness to look beyond surface-level solutions. I’ll guide the process, but lasting change depends on addressing the factors driving the symptoms in the first place. If you value understanding why your body is responding the way it is, and you’re open to making thoughtful adjustments over time, contact me for more information or to apply for my 1:1 coaching program.

I'm excited to be kicking off the Spring Seminar Series at the Gestalt Institute of Pittsburgh with my seminar on the role of the gut, the gut microbiome, and nutrition in mental health. If you are or know someone who is a LPC, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist and are interested in attending, you can register here: https://gestaltpittsburgh.org/seminars/

Note that this seminar is intended to provide an introductory awareness on the links between the gut, gut microbiome, and nutrition in mental health to help Gestalt providers identify holistic strategies that may be beneficial in supporting their client’s/patient’s clinical and therapeutic treatments, particularly in cases where treatment resistance is occurring. These strategies are not intended to be interpreted as a diagnosis, cure, or treatment for any medical disease, illness, injury, or ailment, as these would require clinical intervention.

Food intolerances aren’t a trend — they’re your body’s way of asking for help.

Bloating, fatigue, skin issues, brain fog? They’re not normal, it’s your body sending you signals. Are you paying attention?

As hard and overwhelming as treating poor gut health can seem, living with gut issues long term can have serious consequences like nutrient malabsorption, vitamin, and mineral deficiencies, which can lead to hormonal, metabolic, neuronal, mental, and cardiovascular issues.

However, I can help you!

Want to improve your mental health? Start with the food choices you make!

Without key amino acids, vitamins, and minerals, we can’t make the neurotransmitters that help regulate our mood, circadian rhythm, gut function, and more!

In turn, we need a healthy gut to transport those nutrients to where they need to go.

The food we eat directly impacts our mood, appetite, sleep, and the food choices we make because its all connected.

If you want to see long term sustainable change in your health you just cant look at one piece.

The best client feedback! 🥹

2.5 years ago I attended my first event and got to spend some time with these amazing coaches who have become friends.

We spent hours that weekend talking about our programs and how we work with our clients. At the time I was really struggling with helping some of my clients. These amazing ladies gave me some great advice which resulted in me completely redesigning my program.

Fast forward to last week. I was talking with one of my current clients who had worked with me under the old program and recently came back to work with me.

As we talked she made a comment about how she loves the program so much better this time around. The workouts are better for her, shes increasing weights, the nutrition while still a challenge is getting easier, and she doesn’t feel as overwhelmed this time around! 🙌🏻

Along with that progress, she is also down 7.5 lbs, and has lost 1 inch in her waist and 2.5 inches in her hips in just 4 weeks.

I am forever grateful for the knowledge and coaching skills Ive gained from the program and for being part of a community of coaches who support with each other because without them I wouldn’t be here today.

Together we are changing lives.
