The challenge consists of:
▪︎ a leg exercise & a core exercise which is to be done for reps or time⏱️
▪︎ the workouts are posted daily for 5️⃣ days M-F
▪︎ Make Sure To Hit That Follow Open‼️
▪︎ turn on the notifications to know workouts to do daily
▪︎ TAKE YOUR BEFORE PICS FIRST THING IN THE MORNING BEFORE EATING ANYTHING
▪︎ post a 10-second clip of you doing the challenge daily AND TAG US if you'd like to be posted on our platform for ACCOUNTABILITY
