As many of you know, Countryside Golf Course hosts the Annual Rich Brewer Memorial Golf Tournament for Su***de Awareness. This year, we have decided to sell shirts as part of our fundraising efforts to help raise awareness and provide support to those in need.

You do not have to be participating in the tournament to purchase a shirt. I will post the ordering link below. Please read all instructions carefully and complete the form in its entirety.

The deadline to place your order and submit payment is Sunday, June 21st, to ensure the shirts arrive in time for the tournament.
