Are You Ready For It? T-Swift Week is Coming to BTC!

We’re so excited to be partnering with Blank Space: The Unofficial Taylor Swift Tribute, coming to Memorial Auditorium on Saturday, September 12! To help get everyone ready for the show, we’re turning next week into a full-on T-Swift celebration at BTC!

All week long, dancers can expect plenty of Taylor Swift music in class, fun combos and dances, and a little extra celebrating of one of our favorite things about dance—friendship! From our littlest Swifties to our biggest fans, we’re ready to sing, dance, and have a whole lot of fun together.

Then, keep the celebration going Saturday night when Blank Space takes the stage at Memorial Auditorium! Grab your friendship bracelets, your fellow Swifties, and get ready for a week that we hope will be Enchanted.

✨ CLASS SPOTLIGHT: ADULT DANCE ✨

When was the last time you did something that was just for you?

Our Adult Dance class is about so much more than learning steps. It’s a chance to move your body, clear your head, meet new people, laugh a little, and have something on the calendar each week that you actually look forward to.

Dance is pretty amazing for our brains, too! Learning choreography challenges your memory, coordination, focus, and problem-solving skills—all while you’re getting exercise without it necessarily feeling like exercise.

And maybe one of our favorite parts? The community. 💜 There’s something special about walking into a room of other adults who are there for the same reason: to have fun, try something new, and take a little time for themselves.

You spend so much of your week taking care of work, family, schedules, errands, and everyone else.

Consider this your permission to take 40 minutes for you.

No dance experience required. No pressure to be perfect. Just come dance with us!

📣 CLASS SPOTLIGHT: CHEER/POM 📣

Big energy, sharp moves and LOTS of spirit!

Our Cheer/Pom class combines the excitement of cheerleading with dance-based pom technique for a class that’s upbeat, athletic and FUN!

Dancers will work on:

✨ Cheer & pom motions
✨ Sharp, clean movements
✨ Jumps & basic cheer skills
✨ Coordination & rhythm
✨ Strength & flexibility
✨ Teamwork & synchronization
✨ Confidence and performance skills

Cheer/Pom is a great choice for kids who love to move, perform and bring the ENERGY! It’s also a fun introduction for dancers who may be interested in school cheer or dance teams down the road.

And just like all of our BTC classes, it’s about more than learning steps. It’s a chance to make friends, be part of a team, build confidence and find a place where they belong. 💜💚

🩰 CLASS SPOTLIGHT: READY-2-DANCE 🩰

Tiny dancers, BIG fun! 💜

Our Ready-2-Dance class is specially designed for our littlest dancers, ages 18 months–2 years, and their grown-ups!

This adult-and-me class is the perfect introduction to dance, giving little ones a chance to explore music and movement while also getting comfortable in a class setting. Along the way, they’ll work on:

✨ Coordination & balance
✨ Following directions
✨ Rhythm & musicality
✨ Gross motor skills
✨ Confidence & independence
✨ Socializing with other little ones

And it’s not just great for the kids! Ready-2-Dance gives parents and caregivers a chance to get out of the house, meet other families with kiddos the same age, and start building connections in our BTC community.

It’s movement, music, new friends and special one-on-one time with your little dancer — all rolled into one fun class. 💚
