So proud of my client (and friend 😊) for not only finishing her first full marathon but absolutely killing it! Liz wanted to continue her 3 day a week strength training along with marathon training. So together we created a very difficult plan! She stuck to it 100%!! Finished over 20 minutes ahead of projected time! Way to absolutely Rick it Liz! So totally proud of you! 😊
