We’re excited to launch Weekend Wellness Workshops, a brand-new offering at Her365 Fitness! This monthly series is designed to empower you with the tools to feel confident, strong, and energized—all while supporting the mission of Her365 Wellness Collective.
Our first series, Fuel Your Strength, kicks off with two workshops perfect for building a solid foundation in fitness and wellness:
💪 Intro to Strength Training - Sat, Feb. 1 @ 10 am
* Learn proper form for key movements like squats, deadlifts, and presses.
* Discover how to create a beginner-friendly workout routine.
* Build confidence in a supportive, women-centered environment.
🥗 Intro to Nutrition - Sun, Feb. 2, @ 3 pm
* Understand the basics of balanced nutrition and how it supports your goals.
* Learn pre- and post-workout meals for energy and recovery.
* Get practical tips for meal prep and planning for busy women.
