Please remember to bring your proxy card each time you visit the Community Center! 💳 Residents must scan in at the front desk upon arrival.

The Community Center is a private facility for Cambridge Lakes residents. All residents ages 5 and older should have their own proxy card.

Pasta Pumpkins is today!!!!!

We have just a few spots open for the 10:30 am and the 5 pm slots, spaces are limited! There are 3 spots left for each time slot!

Coloring, glue and tri-colored pasta are here for all the fall pumpkin fun!

Our Craft & Vendor Fair this past Saturday was such an amazing time! We had 49 of the best vendors, the most incredible volunteers from Hampshire High School and 700 wonderful people who came through the fair!

We cannot wait to see you December 6th at our Bake Show and April 17th at our Spring Craft, Vendor and Home Improvement Fair!

Board of Directors Meeting Summary | October 14, 2026

🕡 The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m., and the agenda was accepted.

✅ Meeting Minutes: The September 30, 2026, meeting minutes & executive session minutes were approved.

🔑 New Door Entry System: Following discussion, the Board approved Active Network and Axess to implement a new door entry system.

📬 Mailbox Project: The LTL Building Maintenance contract for the mailbox replacement and repair project was approved.

📊 Draft Audit: The Board reviewed and approved the draft audit.

🌳 Park Repairs: The Ostrander Landscape proposal for park repairs was approved.

🏡 2027 Draft Budget: The Board approved the 2027 draft budget for distribution to homeowners for review.
