📢 Cambridge Lakes Residents – Important Rules Reminder! 🏡
The Cambridge Lakes Master Association recently adopted updated Rules & Regulations. We encourage all residents to take a few minutes to review them at:

As we continue through the summer, there are a few issues we are seeing throughout the community that we want to remind everyone about:
🌱 Lawn & W**d Maintenance
Please keep lawns, landscape beds, and other areas of your property properly maintained and free of excessive weeds and overgrowth.
🗑️ Garbage Can Storage
Garbage and recycling containers must be properly stored in accordance with Association rules and should not remain visible or improperly stored outside approved areas.
🏀 Basketball Hoop Bases
Please do not use random household, landscaping, or other loose items to weigh down basketball hoop bases. These items can create an unsightly appearance and affect the overall look of the property.
🏘️ Living in a homeowners association means we all share a responsibility to follow community standards. These rules are in place to help keep Cambridge Lakes looking its best, maintain our properties, and help protect property values — one of the many reasons residents choose to live here.
When rules are not followed, it can affect neighboring properties and the appearance of the community as a whole.
