Our Applied Sports Performance training will prepare the Lady Mountain Lions for the demands of basketball — developing stronger athletes, improving movement, reducing injury risk, and building the mindset needed to compete at the next level.

8 Years of Pine Mountain CrossFit ❤️

8 years ago, we opened the doors of Pine Mountain CrossFit with a simple goal: create a place where people could get stronger, become healthier, and find a community that felt like family.

What we didn’t fully understand at the time was everything that would come with it. The early mornings, the late nights, the tough decisions, the uncertainty, the seasons where we wondered how we would make it all work.

But here we are.

8 years later.

Still standing. Still growing. Still surrounded by some of the best people we could ever ask for.

This place has never been just about barbells, workouts, or fitness. It’s been about the people who walked through our doors. The members who showed up on hard days. The coaches who poured into others. The families who trusted us. The community that supported us.

Every class, every event, every conversation, and every friendship has helped build what Pine Mountain CrossFit is today.

To every member past and present — thank you.
To everyone who has supported us, encouraged us, and believed in us — thank you.
To our community — thank you for allowing us to be a part of your lives.

We’re proud of where we’ve been, grateful for where we are, and excited for what’s ahead.

🌟 May Member of the Month: Ashley Woody 🌟

Ashley joined Pine Mountain CrossFit in November 2025, and in a short time she has become such an important part of our community. Her consistency, positive attitude, and willingness to work hard every single day make her more than deserving of this recognition.

“What I love most about CrossFit is the people. Whether it’s coaches offering guidance, members cheering each other on during a tough workout, or simply the friendships built in the gym, the sense of community is unlike anything I’ve experienced before.”

Since joining, Ashley has continued to grow stronger physically and mentally while embracing every challenge along the way. We’re proud of the progress she’s made and grateful to have her as part of the PMCF family.
