đź’Ą Getting Uncomfortable = Growth đź’Ą

Yesterday I decided to step outside my comfort zone and do hill sprints.
If you know me, you know I love lifting weights, that’s my comfort zone, my passion, and where I feel strong. But cardio? Sprinting? Yeah… not exactly my niche, lol. I almost didn’t do it!

I wasn’t fast, it didn’t feel natural, and today I’m so sore, but that’s exactly the point. Growth doesn’t happen where we’re comfortable. It happens when we do the hard, uncomfortable stuff that challenges us!!!!

Whether it’s starting a fitness journey, joining a new class, or trying something that intimidates you — you might not be great at it (yet), but every time you show up, you’re getting better.

So here’s your reminder: you don’t have to be good to start, but you do have to start to get good. 💪

✨ Make the Most of Every Minute ✨

Don’t underestimate what you can do in even the shortest workouts.
10 minutes of focused effort >>> 0 minutes of excuses.

Whether it’s a quick lift, a bodyweight burner between errands, or a power walk before dinner — every bit of movement adds up. The key is intention.

Here is a short, sweet, and intentional workout for those quick fixes in between a packed schedule!

🔥 10–15 Minute Total Body Burner 🔥

Warm-Up (2 min)
Jumping jacks – 30s
Arm circles – 30s
High knees – 30s
Bodyweight squats – 30s

Workout (10–12 min)
Perform each move 40s on / 20s rest, repeat 2 rounds:
1. Squat jumps – explosive, get low and jump high
2. Push-ups – on toes or knees
3. Reverse lunges – alternate legs
4. Plank to shoulder taps – keep hips stable
5. Mountain climbers – fast pace

Optional Finisher (1 min)
• Burpees or fast squat pulses for that final burn

Cool Down (1 min)
• Stretch hamstrings, quads, chest, shoulders
