🏐 Summer Work!

We gave the girls the option to have off today, everyone voted to have practice.

We have had a consistent 12-15 who have lived in the gym with us this summer, and two who haven't missed a work out and it's paying off!

One week of work left before dead period.

Monday: Open Gym 12-2
Tuesday: Play Day at North Laurel
Vans will leave at 7:45 AM from the new gym. Games are at 9:15 and 10:20 This will be Varsity and JV. Bring money to stop for lunch afterwards.
Wednesday: Open gym 12-2
Thursday: Open Gym 12-2

Had so much fun today I forgot to take pics! We played some great competition and won some sets, and most importantly we got better. Back it at with practice the rest of the week from 12-2!

Player Reminders:
Bring cash for concessions
No energy drinks on the bench. Closed bottles only.
Wear a maroon shirt and black shorts (Libero wears white)
Bus leaves at 9:30 from the New Gym
Eat breakfast beforehand or bring it with you.

Today 1:55 rolled around which is at the end of our practice, but nobody wanted to go home.

Ended our scrimmage at 37-37.

Couldn't ask for a better first week back.
