Our organization is not for everyone—and that’s by design. We are seeking driven, disciplined, and extremely hardworking players who are committed to maximizing their potential both on and off the field. Dirtbags CLT 12u Mathews brought home 🏆 this weekend. After being rained out on Saturday , they set themselves up by winning their first two games on Sunday and a chance to win their overall pool. Mission accomplished ✅. It was a great day in all three phases of baseball and the boys stayed locked in for a long 12 hour day. Great job fellas!!! We are happy to announce that we have added Lexie Blair to our Instructor lineup at Top Velocity Charlotte. Lexie brings a highly decorated Collegiate resume and excited to spread her knowledge to aspiring athletes. Lexie Blair

Lexie is a former five-year standout at University of Michigan, where she helped lead Michigan Softball to two Big Ten Championships and three NCAA Regional appearances. A 4-time All-Big Ten First Team selection and the 2021 Big Ten Player of the Year, Lexie finished her career ranked top five in program history in both stolen bases and career batting average while also breaking Michigan’s all-time doubles record.

Known for her speed, consistency, and leadership, Lexie is passionate about helping young athletes develop confidence, strong fundamentals, and a love for the game through positive, high-level instruction.

has shown what 3 weeks of specific work can look like! While in our Top Velocity Eval/Clinic, he was 82 mph with hip and trunk mobility issues. Kaleb already has length and strength present in his frame, he has had difficulty connecting the two due to his mobility deficiencies. This week in a bullpen, he hit a new PR of 87 mph ⏰. His hip to shoulder separation has a ways to go. Kaleb’s upper body position is already holding his center line more efficient and there is less front arm pull. This is allowing him to connect energy through his trunk and stay behind the ball. We are excited to see where this 2028 can take himself 🔥
