Some of you guys know me; some of you don’t. Please allow me to introduce myself again. My name is Tipp Allen. I’m the owner of Active Fitness in Spring Hope, Nashville and Pinetops. I’m also a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist. I’ve been in this business for more than 10 years. I just turned 50 years old and now it’s more important to hit the gym regularly than ever before. Come and join us. Here’s the contact information:

Brandon runs the Spring Hope and Nashville gyms on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5PM-7PM. His number is (252) 343-5868.

Stacy runs the Pinetops gym on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5PM-7PM. His number is (252) 813-9680.

If the MWF 5PM-7PM timeframe doesn't work for you Brandon or Stacy can meet you there some other time by appointment.
