Meet Janiece Sistrunk ! She’s sweet, she’s smooth, the girl’s 50% sugar and the rest attitude 💅

We are so excited to have this burst of positive energy on our team, check her out every Friday teaching MELT a club-style choreo class for high beginner and up at 6pm.

🪩 Hometown: Originally from the best city to do it! The LAnd! A true princess from Los Angeles, California 👑

🪩 Top 3 things I might be found doing outside the studio: I am an extreme introvert! So I am sleeping, watching movies, or eating (I love my hot wings) I also love karaoke 😂 I do love a wonderful apple martini too 🍸

🪩 Ice cream flavor I would murder for: I’m a classy gal so I only eat sorbet I’d kill for a lemon or mango any day ✨ I don’t eat ice cream ☺️ Rita’s> Strachan’s

🪩 How I felt as a beg dancer/ pole student: I felt very very timid at first I wanted to hide it from everyone… but as I took more classes and got to know more people in this industry I became very inspired and EXTREMELY CONFIDENT in myself as a woman and my sexuality. We will give our best salute to Ms. Parton by playing her hits, and projecting film footage on the studio walls with clips of her videos and appearances. It’s 90 minutes of playtime, freestyle, and mini-performances with your crew.

😈 🔥 Join Noel on the dark side and tap into your sinful sensual energy with a low flow workshop inspired by her favorite moody music. Presented in conjunction with Muse PoleShow weekend.

October 11, 12:30-2pm

In this workshop, you’ll explore the dynamics of tempo changes and merge her signature buttery transitions and waves with accents and heel clacks. This workshop guarantees you’ll walk out feeling like a powerful baddie! High beginner and intermediate friendly.

Prerequisites: must be able to confidently execute pirouettes, pole sits, and fan kick. Must have the ability to retain heels choreo (not suitable as a first time choreo class).

Heels are required (minimum 7 inch sandals or boots). Kneepads required.

Bio: Noel is a low flow lover who values pleasure above all things when it comes to dance. Her philosophy is to embody bold, shameless expression. With a background in classical cello, Noel’s style is distinguished by her nuanced musicality. Having had no prior dance experience before beginning pole, Noel understands what it means to begin from scratch. She approaches instruction in a gentle, intuitive manner to build strong foundations while fostering a fun and encouraging atmosphere. She loves to help students cultivate confidence and fluidity in their own practices.

Always dreamed of teaching pole?

Here’s the perfect place to get your start, gaining all of the skills necessary to teach safely and confidently, and with proper technique. Join Anna Anna K. our seasonal instructor from San Diego for this intensive training happening over 2 weekends. Perfect for those interested in teaching or just improving their beginner skills.

The intensive series will cover the following areas, with four, 4 hour sessions with 16 total instruction hours: Oct 17 & 18 2pm-6pm and Oct 24 & 25 2pm-6pm. Students must attend all 4 days over 2 weekends to complete the training. Completion of the intensive does not guarantee employment at Liquid Metal. This high beginner and up class with FloorRevolution invites you to explore sensual, embodied movement through a darker, more intentional lens. Grounded in floorwork and fluid sequencing, you’ll learn to navigate seamless transitions, tracing pathways that feel both deliberate and instinctual. Each movement is an opportunity to connect—to your body, your breath, and the quiet power beneath it all.

This is a space to shed performance and step into presence. To move with weight, with texture, with intention. To explore your sensuality not as something to perform, but something to inhabit.

Expect a supportive, no-judgment environment where you can push boundaries, deepen your expression, and lose yourself in the experience of movement—raw, controlled, and unapologetically yours.
