Scoring was based on total body fat percentage lost and pounds of lean muscle gained, rewarding the ultimate combination of fat loss and muscle growth.

I was able to secure the electronic store strike that was damaged while I was in Salt Lake today. I worked on installing it this even and everything is operational. Even though we were only down just over 2 days it sure felt like a lot longer. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I hope everyone understands that this was an unusual event that was completely out of my hands and I worked my absolute hardest to minimize downtime. If any of you feel gipped or shorted reach out to me and I’ll do what I can to make it right. Thanks for your patience regarding this matter and I look forward to seeing everyone back at the gym

The door/locking system was damaged over the weekend. New parts are on order but likely won’t be here until the middle of the week. Unfortunately until the repairs are made we will have to remain closed. Very sorry for the inconvenience! We are hoping for a quick turn around
