Women over 35 ‼️
here’s a few staples that help to keep my hormones in check who’s fiber helps to bind into bad hormones and flush them out while helping to keep hormones balanced aiding in better sleep, quality of life, and energy;
➡️brocolli or cusiferous veggies,
➡️carrots -keep skin on -organic preferablly (for all) since chemicals and pollutants disrupt hormone levels being sort of counterproductive, eh?
➡️Ground Flax seeds make sure to keep in freezer for longer preservation, raw seeds such as pumpkin, sesame, sunflower.
Also, try to keep chemical lotions and perfumes, un-natural deodorants, soaps, lotions, (these get into the bloodstream disrupting good hormones and creating bad ones) and processed foods in general at minimum. -gut health is important for healthy happy 😃 hormones
Make sure to keep stress levels at bay by incorporating relaxing techniques such as sauna, stretching, cold therapies, yoga... 🧘♀️
and stay hydrated 💦implement vital minerals and get those steps in to keep body fat at bay which harbors and stores bad hormones.
Limit alcohol if at all completely limit it since it makes the liver whos job 👨✈️is to detox the bad hormones and other toxins a lot harder to do 🤺
and drink caffeine 🫖☕️in moderation or forms of decaf or lower caffeine since they contribute to higher cortisol aka stress hormones
And of course resistance train following a program that utilizes recovery to keep bones and hormones healthy 💪
yes these seems like a lot‼️ I know! but I don’t know about you but feeling like s**t, not sleeping, more itrratable, low s*x drive, brittle hair,skin and nails, low energy - you get the jist.
Doesn’t sound like a life worth living through to me 🤷♀️
