STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO BOOK A TEE-TIME

*Step #1 - call Paulie @ 303-816-4622 and find out if the course, and date you desire to reserve your tee-time is available.
*Step #2 - go to the pay-pal website and deposit $80 per tee-time into my pay-pal account ([email protected]) to reserve your chosen ("available") date. Please use the friends & family option when sending me your tee-time deposit money. Act fast, as your tee-time is only "secured" once it has been paid for.
*Step #3 - while depositing your $80 into my pay-pal account using the "friends and family" option, please leave the following information in the comments section provided, so I have all the information I need to complete your tee-time reservation.
A - Your full name
B - Your e-mail address
C - Your cell number
D - Course you are requesting, BuckSnort or Phantom Falls
E - Date & time of tee-time requested - BS 9am, PF 10:30am
F - Number in your party (approximate, & can change)
*Step #4 - I (Paulie) will send you an e-mail, or call you, confirming your tee-time reservation time, course, and date.
IMPORTANT GENERAL TEE-TIME INFORMATION

* All buck snort tee-times are at 9am. All phantom falls tee-times are at 10:30am. PLEASE, PLEASE be on time or early!! Thank you in advance.
* The customary donation for both courses is $20 per-player.
* There is a four person minimum per tee-time. You can have fewer players, and just pay for the missing players to make up for the 4pp minimum.
* When you book a tee-time, you are pre-paying for four (4) players. If you have more than four (4) players in your group, you will be required to pay the customary donation of $20pp (cash only) for any additional players over the course minimum, (& pre-paid for) four (4) players on the day of your reservation.
* We (management) reserve the right to double book up to two groups at the BuckSnort DGC. If we do double book your group with another group, the smaller group to book on that day will start on hole #14 in a shotgun start fashion.
* All groups booking tee-times will be required to pre-pay ($80 pay-pal) for the group minimum of four (4) people. We do not have a maximum number of players per group at this time.
* All players, and groups (for both courses) must check in at the phantom falls pro shop at the scheduled tee-time & date. We will sign extensive liability waivers, make cash only purchases in the phantom falls pro-shop, and begin your mandatory orientation at the phantom falls pro-shop.
* Please - please - please be on time!! If you are late you will be negatively affecting many other disc golfers, as I "stack" my tee-times at 9am and 10:30am. If your group is over 1/2 hour late, we reserve the right to charge an inconvenience (late) fee, and alter your start time, as you are negatively affecting many other people's disc golf day.
* This is a cash only facility, so bring some cash with you. Please bring sunscreen, your best hiking boots, H2o, food, sunglasses, discs, cash, and a day's worth of energy.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

* All cancellations are subject to a $10 non-refundable booking fee, and will be refunded to the group leader's pay-pal account. -
* If your group cancels one month out, or more - your group will receive a full refund minus the required $10 booking fee, or $70.
* If your group cancels three weeks out, or more - your group will receive 3/4 refund minus the required $10 booking fee, or $50.
* If your group cancels two weeks out, or more - your group will receive 1/2 refund minus the required $10 booking fee, or $30.
* If your group cancels one week out, or more - your group will receive a 1/4 refund minus the required $10 booking fee, or $10.
* There will be no refund awarded any group that cancels within a one week period of the scheduled tee-time.
* Weather related cancelations will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
DIRECTIONS TO THE PHANTOM FALLS DGC PRO-SHOP & CHECK IN LOCATION FOR BOTH PHANTOM FALLS, AND BUCKSNORT DGC'S

Starting at the intersection of C470 and highway 285. Take highway 285 south / south west (up) 22 miles to highway 126 (aka pine valley road), (hint: 1st stop light on 285), turn left on highway 126 at light. Take highway 126 down exactly 5 miles, to eagles gate road (on your left). Turn left onto eagles gate road, take the right fork in the road, take your first right after the fork. 29123 mangy moose trail, pine, co, 80470 - (303)-816-4622. Hint-if you get to the river on highway 126, you have gone 1 mile to far.
IMPORTANT LIABILITY & COURSE SAFETY INFORMATION

* LIABILITY - This is a PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK facility. Play at this course is known as "X-streme Rocky Mountain Disc Golf." YOU WILL BE PLAYING AT YOUR OWN RISK and you will be signing an extensive liability waiver to this effect. This waiver is a legal contract that will in effect strip you of your right to sew me, my family, or my neighbors for ANY reason.
* PHYSICAL FITNESS - Please understand that this is a strenuous 27-hole, mountain DG course in Pine, Colorado. The course is at approximately 8,000 feet above sea level. The course has many elevation changes and is very rocky and very steep in places. You will walk over 5 miles during a full round of DG at the Phantom, so please analyze your physical fitness and only attempt to play if you think you can safely handle the very strenuous nature of this course.
* DRIVEWAY SAFETY - Please drive very slowly and cautiously on Eagles Gate Road, and in the driveway, (5mph please). I have young children, and two dogs that play in the driveway. My family has already gone through the anguish of loosing a four legged family member to a disc golfer driving to fast. Please help keep us from going through this painful ordeal again.
MISCELLANEOUS COURSE INFORMATION

* THANK YOU - I have been working on Phantom Falls for more than Fifteen years, and BuckSnort for five years. The PF course is currently ranked #20 in the world, and BS is ranked #5. it's solely because of groups like yours that come and donate to play. Much of the donations that are collected go into course improvements. I believe that at the rate we are going, the courses will be "done" in four or five more years. This means that the Phantom and BuckSnort are only going to get a whole lot better, thanks to you. Thank you for your support, and generosity!!
* DONATIONS ETC - The customary donation is $20 per-player. All donations, pro-shop donations, snack shop donations, and any other expenditures at Phantom Falls and BuckSnort are CASH only please.
* TIME ALLOTMENT - You should allot 3.5 to 4.5 hours to play the entire course at a moderate pace. If you have more than six players, the time needed to play the course will increase.
* CELL PHONES - There is NO cell service at Phantom Falls or BuckSnort, so let those who are keeping track of you know that you will be stealth for 5 to 6 hours.
* SHOES - Please wear the right shoes; this means you're best hiking boots, not flip flops or skate shoes. This advice is extremely important, and will cause you much heartache if disregarded.
IMPORTANT COURSE RULES

* SMOKING - There is ABSOLUTELY NO CIGARETTE SMOKING on the course. Smoking is allowed on the front cement patio. The Phantom circles back to the house on many occasions where you will have access to your car, the bathroom, your cooler, snacks, and yes the patio where you can have a smoke. If caught smoking on the course you will be asked to leave, please don't make me do it. The BuckSnort DGC has smoking stations in three convenient locations along the course route for your convenance.
* LITTERING - There will be no littering on the course. There are many trashcans on the course, please use them for your trash, and for any other trash that you may see/find while playing.
* CURSING - I have young children, and neighbors with young children. Please hold your tongue, and keep the loud cursing out of your game while at Phantom Falls, and BuckSnort DGC's.
* VANDALISM - There will be no breaking live tree branches, destructive behavior, dangerous horseplay, moving baskets or anything else, or killing anything on the course. Please don't ink, sharpie, or "tag" anything (ace or not), e.g. benches, baskets, trees, etc.
* WEAPONS - There are no guns or weapons of any kind allowed.
* FRAGILE PLANTS - Please watch where you are walking on the course, and be careful not to step on the wildflowers, saplings, and cacti, as doing so will kill these fragile plants struggling to survive in the poor soil quality of decomposing granite.
* DOGS - Phantom Falls and BuckSnort welcomes FRIENDLY dogs. If your dog(s) have a mean streak, or can't seem to get along with other dogs, please leave them at home. I have two very friendly, (and not so tough), dogs and two small children. If you bring a dog(s) to my home that attacks my dogs, kids, or anyone, you will be fully responsible for all bills associated with their recovery. You will also be held liable for any damage or injury that your dog(s) cause while you are here at Phantom Falls or BuckSnort. Please leash and/or watch closely your pets on the south/west side of the PF course near Highway 126, (holes 6, 7, 27, 28, 29, 30). That road is hazardous to humans and to dogs!! We don't want any tragedies at the Phantom, so please be careful around the described holes.
* LOST & FOUND - This is a private course on private land, so everything you find on this course belongs to me or someone I know. Anything (sunglasses, discs, keys, tags, towels, money, hats, cameras, wallets, etc.,) found on the course (weather it has a name on it or not) should be returned to me so that I can return it to its rightful owner. I have a lost-and-found bin, and Phantom Falls, and BuckSnort DGC's prides itself on the "nothing is lost" school-of-thought, so please turn in everything you find. Thank you.
* PROPER CONDUCT - Please conduct yourself in a respectable, responsible manner while on my property. I have neighbors, and bad conduct could result in course closure to the general public. I want you all to have a blast while behaving yourself. I thank you in advance for your well-mannered behavior during your visit.
