Endurance Coaching company Welcome to Hill Country Endurance! We currently have the only USA Triathlon certified coach directly supporting Armed Forces Europe!

We are a Texas based triathlon and running coaching company with our Head Coach located in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Specializing in the Military community and time constrained environments, we will work to make your goals a reality, from beginning running to competing in an Ironman triathlon. Regardless of your current job or location, if you have desires and goals of success in the sport of triathlon or running, we want to help you meet them, and ensure you have FUN along the way!

HCE slightly bruised Medal Monday! Even with hundreds of races and thousands of miles on a bike sometimes accidents happen. Down on the bike half a mile from transition with a broken derailleur, whacked hip and shoulder, and busted open and bleeding forearm…but still able to get up and carry bike into transition and head out onto the run. Dripping 🩸the entire run but somehow able to run back up for a second place AG finish. Big shout out to for making a bikes that 1) are built strong and 2) have components that are repairable and having parts in stock. Also to for making the HCE tri kit out of fabric that tore very little and saved a lot of skin.

HCE Medal Monday! Shout out to HCE athlete Ruth for placing first overall female in the Half Ironman Duathlon at the Best in the West triathlon festival in Sweet Home, Oregon this weekend. Enjoy that well earned finish line pie:)

Love new shoe days. Early morning run followed by swim with a couple of tired “who challenged who to a race” laps at the end. Now a cup of coffee and analyzing and being impressed by athlete data, with a few new fun sessions added to athlete training calendars.

Triathlon festival weekend! Excited to be back in the heart of our namesake (the Hill Country region of Texas) for the Kerrville Triathlon Festival this weekend. Racing starts tomorrow and continues through Sunday over four distances. Where else can you finish and get handed a float and a drink and cool off in the river with fellow athletes after you race?

HCE Medal Monday! The stormy weather held off just long enough to get this race Olympic distance race in. Had a blast racing with fellow athletes at the Brett Robinson Alabama Coastal Triathlon this weekend in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Been awhile since I’ve enjoyed a slightly rolly ocean swim with a nice bloom of jellyfish saying hello at the outer turn buoy just to add a little extra challenge to the race 🪼!
