I've gone a week with hardly any sugar and no baked treats. This morning was the first time in a long time that I actually woke up feeling refreshed!
I've been working my day job at the bank and then for the past two years, our team has been developing a bullying prevention curriculum during the evening and weekends.
Basically I have been working two full time jobs for two years and it has taken a toll on my ability to exercise and stay fit. I've been gradually exercising again the past couple of weeks though and I'm determined to be healthier.
Hopefully, now that we are completing our curriculum pilot program soon, I will be able to slow down this crazy pace by time I turn 60 in September.
