Last night we finished up our softball hitting camp at Rochester Batting Cages for Pine Island and Stewartville. The ladies did a fantastic job. All gals were very coachable and willing to try different things. The improvement during this time was amazing. Ladies thanks for your participation and best of luck in your upcoming seasons!

Congratulations to all the 2017 Playball Right - RCTC Hitting League Participants. It was a very fun and exciting season filled with lots of action and improvement. Thank you for your participation and effort and good luck in your upcoming seasons.

These parents who call me a couple weeks before the start of their sons/daughters seasons thinking two lessons is going to make them an All Stater. Really? I'm good but I'm not that good. You want to be great? Do strength and conditioning exercises that is sports specific to your sport. Do lessons regularly and really refine your craft. Analyze you mechanics and compare through video your hitting mechanics/pitching mechanics with great players at the collegiate or professional level. Anyway, that's my two cents!
