Newest addition to the gym! I had to get something done while I wait for parts for the lat pull down (should have them soon!).

In the meantime, relax after your workout in the infrared sauna! (Or just come in for a sauna session, no workout required!)

We have partnered with NIHCA to expand our members access to fitness reimbursement programs!

Come to the gym and test out your lifts with us on March 1st! Free to all members.

If you can't do a lift or two, or don't want to, no worries! This is an unofficial event meant to give you a chance to compete against yourself and hang out with free food! *Planning on food at noon.

Got a couple more pieces added to the gym. A Nordic curl station and a pec fly/rear felt machine! The pec fly likely won’t stay where it is long term, we still need to figure out moving things around to find a better spot for it, but in the meantime here it is!

Added some lockers to the entry! Please feel free to lock up your stuff while you’re in the gym but please remember to take your lock with you when you go. We will run out of lockers quickly if a few get left locked. Also, feel free to leave a sticker or two, that sounds like a lot more fun than trying to paint these, just keep it appropriate! Want to get your own piece of gym wear?! We are putting an order in on Friday, September 6th. If interested, please fill out the order form below with the sizes, amounts, and colors you would like and return to the drop box in the studio next to the office door with payment by the end of the day Friday, September 6th by 5 pm!

If paying by check, please staple to the order form or put together in an envelope. If paying by Venmo (), please select so on the order form and either text or email us a confirmation of the payment along with the name that appears on the order form.

Clothing will be sent to the gym where it can be picked up once it’s in. We will let everyone know when their order is available for pickup.

Any questions, please let us know! Due Friday, September 6th!

Thank you everyone who came out to our grand re-opening and ActivePT’s grand opening last night- it was great to meet and see so many members of our community!

We were able to get a few new (to us) pieces of equipment in on Wednesday and are so excited to have in the space now!

We upgraded/added an: Assisted dip/pull up station, leg extension, leg curl, iso chest supported row, stepmill, bicep curl, chest press, shoulder press, lat pull down, leg press, seated tricep press down, inner outer thigh, and a free motion squat machine.

Becca and I are enjoying running the Ragnar Relay this weekend, so see you Monday! Thanks everyone!

We are back open! Partially, if you can manage around a few pieces as I move them back into place (see pic for a pile of dumbbells that doesn’t belong). Thank you everyone for waiting while we closed. The steppermill is not here yet, it will be coming tomorrow, the assisted pull up dip machine needs hardware that is also coming tomorrow.

Exciting news incoming! We are replacing/adding quite a few strength pieces and also getting a stepmill! Unfortunately, with the amount of shuffling and moving of heavy machines, weight stacks, etc. we will need to close off the gym for everyone's safety.

Next Wednesday, August 7th from 8am-5pm we will have the gym closed off to traffic.
