Yes. During Notre Dame's 45-21 victory over Maryland in the 2011 Shamrock Series at FedExField Stadium in Landover, Maryland, Lo Wood ( #23) recorded the first interception of his Notre Dame career and returned it 57 yards for a touchdown (pick-six). 
According to Notre Dame's official player records, the play remains Lo Wood's career-long interception return and accounted for his only career touchdown with the Fighting Irish. His career highs include:
Interceptions: 1 (vs. Maryland, Nov. 12, 2011)
Long interception return: 57 yards
Touchdowns: 1
Points scored: 6 
Game recaps noted that Wood's 57-yard pick-six effectively put the game away, extending Notre Dame's lead to 38-7 and serving as the exclamation point in the Irish victory.
One notable football player from Apopka High School (the Blue Darters) went on to play for the University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Proud Trainer Alert !
Congratulations to Excel Speed Alumni Ethan Salas on reaching the Major Leagues with the San Diego Padres. Seeing this achievement brings back memories of driving to St. Cloud nearly nine years ago to train Ethan, Jose, and Andrew.

From the beginning, Ethan's grit, leadership, and competitive spirit were impossible to miss. He pushed himself every day, competing with his older brother Jose and other talented players, and his determination never wavered. It was clear that he was destined for something special.

To Soenid and Jose Salas, thank you for trusting me to be part of your boys' journey. Your family has always been a shining example of what belief, discipline, and hard work can accomplish.

I'll never forget our saying:

"Burn Baby Burn"
Today is proof that the work pays off.

Coach Lo for Life
A parent once gave me the nickname "Coach Lo for Life," and it has stayed with me ever since. It started when I began training his son at just five years old. Today, we're still working together, not only as coach and player, but also as business partners.
This video captures my true passion and love for developing young athletes. It is about much more than sports. It is about building relationships, earning trust, and helping young people grow into successful men.
When these athletes were 8, 9, 10 and 15 years old, we shared the same bond at Florida Elite Track Club and Excel Speed Training that we still share today. Their parents trusted me completely. Many of them would not allow their children to travel outside of Orlando to compete unless I was there with them.
From youth football, to high school, to college, and even the NFL, I have been there every step of the way. I've cheered from the sidelines, supported them from the stands, and celebrated their accomplishments as if they were my own sons.
To this day, I still have strong relationships with their parents and with the young men I helped coach. As you can see on this boat with Matt Milano and End Game Fishing Company, the bond remains the same. We are still coach and player.

And just so everyone knows:
My fish was bigger than Embry Peepleswho went on to play at Georgia Tech and with the Chicago Bears.
I beat Brandon Brown-Dukes, former Pittsburgh Steelers player, for the biggest grouper.
I out-fished Chaz Williams of the Green Bay Packers.
And I even caught more fish than Matt Milano Buffalo Bills.
No matter how old they get, where football takes them, or how successful they become...
