Everyone always thinks deeper is better when it comes to squats… but that depends on the goal 👀

That’s exactly why I have him doing HEAVY quarter squats.

At 13, Larry has been putting in the work in our Teen Speed & Strength class, and now we’re getting more specific with his training. Quarter squats allow him to:

Lynn had a big win… and most people in their 30s probably wouldn’t even think twice about it.

I witnessed Lynn sitting criss cross applesauce on the floor after Hip Thrusts. That might sound small, but she told me she hasn’t been able to do that in years. Now she can comfortably sit on the floor with her grandkids. ❤️

Moments like that are why movement matters so much. As we get older, the “little things” getting up and down from the floor, playing with grandkids, moving without pain can quietly disappear if we don’t use them.

I say it all the time: “use it or lose it.” The good news is that you can get it back with work.

Lynn definitely puts in the work. Leg day, Upper body day, and Zumba. And she celebrates every win along the way, big or small. So proud of you, Lynn.💪✨

All profits will go to the Powe Haus Love Bucket.

This Love Bucket will be open to any of our clients who are financially stressed but still want to come to classes. They can message us and their class will be covered by the Love Bucket.

Shirts are $15.
Orders due by March 20.
Unisex adult sizes.

Dory is the official greeter at Power Haus! She’s our very own mascot who cheers us on and watches from the top of the stairs.

Teens will learn proper form on basic lifts along with simple speed drills. Of course we end the class with a fun challenge with the winner(s) choosing something from the prize baskets!
