Whether you are just starting out, or are focused in athletic training our high intensity workouts have something for everyone. Each of our instructors is unique in style and their energizing music will help you integrate your body and mind to generate an exhilarating workout. Some of our classes also include the use of light hand weights to promote upper body and core strength. Our inviting studio, sets the stage for your cycling workout. Warm wood floors, great sound system, mirrored wall and official Star Trac Spinner bikes. Each bike is equipped with the Spinner computer that provides you with a continuous readout of the information you need to get the workout you want – your cadence, your heart rate, and your distance traveled.
