GNRC has ended indefinitely. You're probably wondering what races are included. No exceptions.

At the end of the year, one award will go to the top person in each category. This means that if you want to be competitive, you should settle on one category (ie RP/A, RM4) and stay there. There will also be a trophy for the one driver who accumulated the most points over the course of the year. Here's where it gets interesting. Simply put:
All dirt-course rallycrosses run by WAG
Regional SCCA TS

D Badger Burrow Rally

Point schedule:
1st place= 5 points
2nd place= 4 points
3rd place= 3 points
4th place and beyond= 1 point if at least one run in each heat is completed for the race

Bonus points will be awarded for participants in the Badger Burrow TSD road rally based on the same placement as rallycross in overall standings. 1 point will be awarded if a competitor finishes the event in 4th place and beyond. One award for each category:
RS/A -- Rally Stock, AWD
RS/F -- Rally Stock, FWD
RS/R -- Rally Stock, RWD

RP/A -- Rally Prepared, AWD
RP/F -- Rally Prepared, FWD
RP/R -- Rally Prepared, RWD

RM2 -- Rally Modified, 2WD
RM4 -- Rally Modified, 4WD

Our stance on cheating is simple. If we find out you cheat, you're out of the points race for the year. Rules are rules. If you show up with a prepared car that's unusually fast, expect someone to call BS...get the idea? We want this to be a race of Ladies and Gentlemen not NASCAR. Since we're paying for this, that's how it works.

As you may have seen, we have suspended the championship indefinitely. As soon as Dan Kelly gets the trophy back to me, I'll find someone to make the last 2 name plaques for him and Dan Bedard. They'll get to display it for awhile and then it's off to storage until consistent entries and events are established and we are willing to start GNRC back up.

I'll keep this page up if anyone wants to look into old results or reminisce.

Belkis and I had a lot of fun working with all of you and hope the best for everyone. Thanks for the years of fun!!

So, where's everyone at? Dave needs entries for this Sunday's rallycross in Chilton. There are only 3 events this year for WAG. Get out there if you can!

Well, I just found out the awards night was cancelled due to only a few paid tickets. I understand it was a gob of money to plunk down. All awards (with the exception of the overall trophy) will be handed out before the first Stateline event by their staff. I'd like to meet up with Dan Kelly, Dan Bedard, and Tom Stecker so Dan and Tom get a chance to see their names added and Dan Kelly can take the trophy home till next fall.

Next time around, it's going to be a simple gathering at a restaurant.

Tentative update for the Sept 20 event standings. I've been unsuccessfully trying to update the spreadsheet from my phone. Will have it changed asap when I get to WiFi with my laptop. For now, here's photos of the paper notes: (as always, let me know if there are any changes. I hope the 'all runs completed' single point rule is clear, now. If not, I can go over it again.)

Hoping to have the updated standings posted tonight.

I hope we have a few competitors from the rallyx community at the Badger Burrow TSD Rally on May 2nd. I will be stopping by after work to say Hi. I'll be working at the Memorial Day weekend event in Chilton for W-A-G and will hopefully be spectating at the Stateline event on May 17th. Eventually I hope to get back on the track, myself, but until I get a tow rig, it isn't in the cards. Can't wait to see everyone!! --Shannon

So, here's what I'm going to do:

Trophies will be mailed out to the class winners. The over-all tie will be noted on the trophy as dual name plates for 2014. I'm going to go over who racked up the most points for the Stateline events and figure out whose name gets sent to Dustin as the Stateline champ. Class winners, please p.m. your shipping addresses so I can get the trophies out.
