Living well means staying well. The Jefferson Regional Wellness Center has a full range of programs to meet the wellness and fitness needs of your entire family. Wellness Center members have access to state-of-the-art exercise equipment, weight training, aerobics and yoga classes, studio cycling and much more. Personal trainers are available for beginners to advanced members. The Les Mills programs, BodyPump, BodyFlow, BodyStep, CXWorx, BodyVive and RPM provide excellent workouts.

This is an addition to our normal schedule, so if you've been unable to give regularly or missed the last drive - this one's for you! You'll receive a canvas tote bag and a Donor Champion t-shirt just for being a donor!
