Timber Trace Golf Club is a picturesque track cut right out of northern Michigan and put in the hills of Pinckney. Located 3 miles west of town on M36, we are a beautiful drive away from all the major highways. Before you play our 18 beautiful holes of golf, we offer guests a practice area that has a chipping and putting green, practice bunker and a full service driving range.

Some of the best memories in golf aren’t the birdies, the pars, or even the hole-in-ones.

They’re the rounds shared with the people who taught us the game, encouraged us, and spent time with us along the way.

Today, we’d love to celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, uncles, mentors, coaches, and special male role models who have made a difference in your life.

Five years ago, when the new ownership group took over Timber Trace, we started a little tradition known as the Glove Tree. 🌳⛳🧤

Its mission was simple: give worn-out golf gloves a better final resting place than the bottom of a trash can.

Well... after five seasons of golfers doing their part, the Glove Tree became a little too successful. 😳

As you can see from the photos, things were getting crowded. So we recently gave the tree a much-needed cleanup and made room for the next generation of retired gloves.

Thousands of swings, countless lost skins, a few miracle bunker saves, and probably more than a few four-letter words are represented in that pile. 😂

The Glove Tree is officially ready for new additions, so the next time your glove has played its final round, you know where to leave it.

Long live the Glove Tree. 🧤🌳

What an incredible day at Timber Trace! ⛳❤️

Yesterday, we were honored to host the Kelly Pyle Fund Golf Outing, a charitable event supporting the Kelly Pyle Fund through HairToStay.

The Kelly Pyle Fund helps provide financial assistance for cold-capping treatments during chemotherapy — helping cancer patients retain their hair throughout treatment. From one survivor to the next, because hair matters.

The support shown by this community was truly inspiring:
