As a reminder

Please no street shoes in the wellness center on the equipment.
Street shoes bring in rocks that get in the belts of the equipment and cause expensive repairs.

Bring in a pair of shoes to change into ( preferably ones that have not been worn outside ).

2026 is the year to start focusing on you !!!!
For the month of January we are offering a great deal for 1 year memberships. These rates will only be good for the month of January. If uou haven’t been in the wellness center stop in for a tour.

Please make sure you put the free weights away when you are finished using them.
Do not leave them in the middle of the entrance.
