☀️ NEW SUMMER GYMNASTICS SCHEDULE ☀️
Beginning June 2

To allow more family time during the summer, we will only be open Tuesday–Thursday during June & July! ❤️🖤💛

🤸‍♀️ Tuesdays
5:30–6:30 PM — Level 3+ Gymnastics (tucks & up)

🤸‍♀️ Wednesdays
5:30–6:15 PM — Tiny Tots Gymnastics (2-5 years old; very basic, beginner friendly)

🤸‍♀️ Thursdays
5:30–6:30 PM — Level 1–2 Gymnastics (cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings)

📅 Important Summer Closure Dates:
• Thursday, June 11 — No level 1-2 gymnastics class

🇺🇸 In honor of Memorial Day, Appalachian Spirit Elite will be closed Monday as we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. ❤️🤍💙

Normal classes will resume Tuesday, and we look forward to seeing all of our athletes back in the gym!

What an incredible weekend for the Appalachian Spirit Elite family! ❤️🖤💛 Season 3 tryouts were a HUGE success, and we are beyond excited for what’s ahead. The talent, heart, determination, and energy that walked through our doors this weekend was something special. 🔥

Thank you to every athlete who showed up, worked hard, stepped outside their comfort zone, and gave it their all. We are so proud of each and every one of you! 🐦‍🔥

Now it’s time for summer practices, team announcements, new goals, big growth, and building something unforgettable together. 💪⛰️
