After much consideration we have decided to transition Flip Flop Gymnastics into our ASE program. All of your favorite instructors have access to answer your questions and post classes on our page. Our goal is to keep all information on gymnastics and cheer happening in our gym in one place. Please like, follow and share our ASE page so we can continue to grow and offer the best training for our local athletes.

We are a small All Star Cheerleading program located in the heart of Eastern Kentucky. We also offer public gymnastics classes!
Our coaches have years of cheerleading knowledge and want to share their love of the sport with young athletes in our area!
