To say these kids showed up this weekend at the Panther Shootout and Pikeville/UPike 3D NASP/IBO 3D Challenge is an understatement!! They have completely blown me away!! Some went in never even seeing a 3D target before the tournament and yet we have set team records, personal bests, and brought home a record amount of awards from one tournament!! These kids continue to make us so proud with their efforts and sportsmanship. Way to go Central Archery!!

Congrats on a great first tournament weekend!! We had a lot of new archers and everyone did fantastic! Mullins Middle and Pike Central both won 3rd place team awards. Blake Mullins placed 5th Middle School Boys. Natalie Isaac placed 5th High School Girls. So proud of you all!!

There will be no practice this Thursday due to the observance of Halloween.
All High School Archers are invited to either practice tonight or tomorrow to get range time this week.
We need all archers that haven't signed the shirt for Alyson to do so tonight or tomorrow so we can get her care package out in the mail.

Jessica Starr Photography is teaming up with Central Archery! Who needs pictures for their Christmas card?? Professional headshots?? Anything else?? This is a wonderful opportunity to get those pics and support Central Archery! You can RSVP using the QR code. Walk-ins also welcome! Picture packages will be paid for at the studio, when you arrive. All package proceeds go directly to our archers!

Archey begins today (4th and 5th grades )for John's Creek Elementary and Mullins Elementary from 6 to 8 this evening at the Pike Central Cafeteria. Don't forget those registration forms/fees and sports physicals. If you have a jersey you didn't turn in last year we need those returned asap. We will have registration forms for those who missed the parent meeting.

Johns Creek Middle and Mullins Middle (6th, 7th, and 8th grades) will be this Tuesday at the Pike Central Cafeteria 6-8. We need forms/fees, sports physicals and Jerseys returned.

Pike Central HS will be this Thursday at the PC cafeteria 6-8. We need forms/fees, sports physicals and Jerseys returned.

We're excited to announce some great news for one of our seniors and our program! Tori Brown has officially committed to attend Alice Lloyd College after graduation in the spring of 2025 and will be signing with the Alice Lloyd Archery Team! She plans to study criminal justice. Tori started her archery career in 5th grade and is excited to continue as an Eagle after her high school graduation. Good luck Tori! You've made us proud!

MAJOR BRAG POST!!!! Our kids did us proud at the 2024 Pike County Tournament!! Not only did they rake in the hardware but they got compliments on sportsmanship, helping on the range and helping with other kids. I will forever say our kids of Central Archery are the BEST!!!! Congrats to all of our kiddos on a fantastic season!! We missed those who couldn't be there. We will miss our seniors greatly. Looking ahead to the coming possibilities and an even better season next year!! Way to go guys!!

Brag post!! This past weekend some of our kids shot at the 2024 NASP Kentucky State Tournament and the 2024 Kentucky State NASP/IBO 3D Challenge in Louisville and made us proud as always! We had even more great compliments on them and had some lane officials who remembered them from last year, said they were happy to work with them again and got the chance to cut up with them. They also participated in the Kentucky Hunters Against Hunger food drive by collecting and donating requested food items which entered us into a drawing and ultimately won a box of new arrows! This is just the second season for this program and they continue to do great things and show what great kids they are both on and off the line. We are so beyond proud of them of all these teams and can't wait to see them grow bigger and better each season!!
