With that being said we encourage everyone to go out and support the boys and girls varsity basketball teams at East Ridge in the district championship!!! If you can’t make the games then come join us!!!!

PLEASE READ!!!!

Starting this Thursday we will add another day to our weekly workouts!!!! Every Sunday will continue on as is!!! But starting this Thursday will do a week day also!!! But the week day will workouts will rotate between Thursday and Tuesday each week!!

Schedule moving forward unless instructed otherwise

Time: 7:00-8:30
Please do not drop off your child any earlier than 6:50 and please don’t be late to pick them up.

We would like for any child that will be entering the 6th, 7th, or 8th grade in the Fall of 2023 to please join us!! Even if they are still on the fence about playing still come!!

We would like for your child to make at least 1 of the 2 workouts but comin to both would be fantastic!! These workouts are by no means mandatory!!!!

IF THE GIRLS VARSITY BASKETBALL TEAM WERE TO MAKE SUNDAYS FINALS WE ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO GO SUPPORT THEM!!!! HOWEVER IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE TRIP OUR WORKOUT WILL BE STARTING AT 2:30 AND ENDING AT 4:00!!!!! @ the indoor facility!!!

PIKEVILLE FOOTBALL PARENTS!!! ALL HELMETS USED IN THE 2022 MUST BE TURNED IN BY TOMORROW EVEINING AT 6:00!!!!!! IF NOT THEY WILL NOT GET RECONDITIONED, AND YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ISSUED A NEW ONE!!!!

ALSO ALL SHOULDER PADS, CLEATS, PANTS, GAME JERSEYS, PRACTICE JERSEYS MUST BE TURNED IN ALSO!!!! NO CHILD WILL BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE UNTIL EVERY ITEM IS TURNED IN AND UR NAME IS MARKED OFF THE LIST!!!!!
