The new season deserves a proper welcome.

MAD Palooza, our Back to Dance event, is THIS Saturday, September 19th, 4-7pm at the studio.

Meet the teachers. Shop with local vendors. Grab food from the food trucks. Let your dancer get excited about what is ahead.

Saturday is also National Dance Day! There is no better way to spend it.

This weekend, our fearless leader became a Mrs!

Mrs. Darby built this studio from the ground up. She pours everything she has into every family who walks through these doors, and somehow finds the capacity to love even bigger outside of them.

Let’s celebrate her, not as the director of MAD, but as a person who deserves every beautiful thing.

Last week we posted about why we place dancers where we place them.

In response, a MAD parent emailed us her family’s story.

Her daughter has been with us since she was two years old.

We are sharing this, with her permission, because it says everything we were trying to say, and says it better than we ever could.

“Trust the process.”

It is what Ms. Darby said to this family three years ago.
