Meet our Program Director
Jason Kim is the Program Director of Sports Performance, and a highly trained strength and conditioning coach dedicated to helping athletes reach their peak potential. He is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Level 1 USA Weightlifting Coach, a TPI Certified Fitness Level 2 Coach, and a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist.
With expertise in sports performance, speed and agility training, and injury reduction, Jason designs programs that challenge athletes to grow while prioritizing long-term health and safety.
His training philosophy is simple yet powerful: “If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.” 💪🏋🏻‍♀️
