Goodbye, Pigeon Forge! 👋⚾️

What a week it has been in the Smoky Mountains. The LC Hammers battled against teams from across the country, made memories that will last a lifetime, and finished an incredible 6th place out of 33 teams nationwide at the Smoky Mountain tournament in Pigeon Forge. The event brought together teams from around the country for a week of competition and championship play.

We’re heading home proud of every player, coach, and family that made this journey special. Thank you to everyone who followed along, watched the live streams, prayed for our team, and supported these boys every step of the way.

The hardware would have been nice, but the memories, friendships, and experiences made in Pigeon Forge are something these players will never forget.

⚒️ LC Hammers 12U Earns 3-1 Victory Behind Keegan’s No-Hitter! ⚒️

What a performance in Pigeon Forge!

Keegan H didn't allow a single hit as LC Hammers 12U defeated Florida Stars (Pigeon Forge) 12U 3-1 on Thursday. To get the final out, Keegan struck out Parker M.

The pitching was strong on both sides. LC Hammers 12U pitchers struck out 12, while Florida Stars (Pigeon Forge) 12U sat down five.

A ground out by Connor N put Florida Stars (Pigeon Forge) 12U on the board in the top of the second.

LC Hammers 12U jumped into the lead in the bottom of the fourth when Wyatt F drew a walk, scoring one run, and Elliott M doubled, scoring two runs.

Liam G started on the bump for Florida Stars (Pigeon Forge) 12U. The starting pitcher allowed three hits and three runs over three and two-thirds innings, striking out four and walking five.

Elliott led LC Hammers 12U with two runs batted in from the number seven spot in the lineup. The left fielder went 1-for-2 on the day. Hassan D, Elliott, and Wyatt each collected one hit for LC Hammers 12U. Hassan stole two bases. LC Hammers 12U were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Wyatt had the most chances in the field with 12.

The boys continue to battle and represent Lake City with heart and grit. Keep cheering them on as bracket play rolls on in Pigeon Forge! 💙❤️⚾

🏅HAMMERS WIN!!! Elite 8 Bound 🏅

These boys continue to show heart, grit, and determination every time they take the field. One game at a time, one pitch at a time, and now we’re moving on to the Elite 8 in Pigeon Forge!

Thank you to everyone back home for the prayers, support, and encouragement. Keep them coming as the Hammers continue their tournament run!

The road to the championship starts now! The LC Hammers take the field for bracket play today at 2:45 PM in Engle Stadium.

🔥LC Hammers Grabs Lead Late For Victory Over Prime Green 12U 🔥

Hammers defeated Prime Green 12U 5-4 on Wednesday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at four in the bottom of the fifth when Cason M singled, scoring one run.

Hammers opened the scoring in the first after Hassan D grounded out, scoring one run.

Hammers added to their early lead in the bottom of the second inning after Eli O doubled to center field, and Tallen S singled to center field, each scoring one run.

Prime Green 12U captured the lead, 4-3, in the top of the fourth when Corree P singled, scoring one run, and Briggs C homered to left field, scoring three runs.

Blayne W grounded out, which helped LC Hammers 12U tie the game at four in the bottom of the fourth.

Camden M earned the win for LC Hammers 12U. The hurler surrendered zero hits and zero runs over one and two-thirds innings, striking out none and walking one. Eli stepped on the hill first for LC Hammers 12U. The starting pitcher surrendered five hits and four runs over three and one-third innings, striking out none and walking none. Corree stepped on the hill first for Prime Green 12U. The pitcher surrendered four hits and three runs over two innings, striking out three and walking none. Keegan H pitched one inning of scoreless ball for LC Hammers 12U in relief. The pitcher gave up zero hits, striking out two and walking none.

Keegan, Cason, Camden, Tallen, Tommy S, and Eli each collected one hit for LC Hammers 12U. Cason, Tallen, Blayne, and Eli each drove in one run for LC Hammers 12U. LC Hammers 12U turned two double plays in the game. LC Hammers 12U were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Tallen had the most chances in the field with five.
