Here are some photos from this year's 2016 South Dakota State Disc Golf Championship. Tag folks as I sure don't know everybody.

The 2016 South Dakota Disc Golf State Championship was held in Pierre this weekend with rounds played at Steamboat Park, Oahe Downstream and on Sunday a special temporary course set up in Hilger's Gulch.
Tried to get every group and even every player but I'm sure I missed a group or some players along the way.

Hey Everyone!

The state tournament is just a few days away! everything is coming up so fast! this will be a little bit of a longer post but before we go here is the prereg link!

So there have been some questions about Friday night.

Friday night at 5:30-8:00ish there will be preregistration check in(or registration) for people at the Ampitheatre is Steamboat Park. Both Oahe and Steamboat will have the string up and everything set for the Saturday rounds so you can play those, or if you want organize a doubles round on your own(as we'll be checking people in)

When you come to check in you will get your shirt and disc, along with other things we'll hand out (like player's Caddy's and whatnot)

If you can't make it friday don't worry, there will be registration and check in out at the Oahe Dam, followed by the player's meeting, check-in/reg will be from 7:30 - 8:45 with the players meeting right around then!

South Dakota State Championships 2016 is a disc golf tournament at Oahe Downstream in Ft. Pierre, SD, beginning on September 17, 2016. hosted by Sharpe Shooters DGC of Pierre.

The discs for the players packs have been ordered. They will be a custom South Dakota States Disc Golf stamp. Please consider pre-registering to guarantee getting a disc along with the other items in the players pack. You will also be entered into a drawing for gift cards for being one of the first 40 to pre-register, . It also helps us immensely with planning and logistics behind the scenes that will allow us to have the tournament run as smoothly as possible.
