This was a fun project! I started by removing the finger grooves, and then got to do some cerakoting and laser engraving.

Before & After

I posted the video of the laser doing it’s thing but I wanted to share what the frame looked like when I got it. This was a service pistol and the grip had been worn down so much that the stippling was pretty much gone. I started by sanding it down to even it out as much as possible, gave it a good polish and then outlined where I wanted the laser to engrave. We went with the chevron pattern and voilà, it looks like a completely different G***k.
