It emphasizes eating meat, vegetables, nuts, seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. Key elements include mastering major lifts (deadlift, squats) and gymnastics (pull-ups, dips), while biking, running, and rowing hard. Workouts are short, intense, and designed for scalability to all fitness levels, aiming for overall physical preparedness rather than specialization. The goal is to build comprehensive fitness—functional strength, endurance, and flexibility—through varied daily workouts called WODs (Workout of the Day).
