Who says the teens and adults can’t bring the heat? 💪🔥

Fall Nationals has come to a close! 🥋🥇

We had such a great time, and all the Elevate students did an amazing job! Stepping into the competition ring at a national event can be intimidating, but everyone rose to the challenge and showed off all the hard work they’ve been putting in!

We’re so proud of everyone who stepped out of their comfort zone and gave it their all! 👏⬆️

Fall Nationals is a great opportunity for the instructors and high ranks to continue learning, expand their knowledge, and bring new experiences back to you! 🥋

We even had one of our younger black belts step onto the mat to challenge himself and grow his knowledge! 💪

Always rising! Never settle! ⬆️
