In case any of you have been wondering, I have not been doing lives for Cardio Drumming because it seems as if we get turned off or muted. Hard to do a class and watch to see if Facebook is turning us on or off so created a YouTube channel that you can follow. If you can’t join us in person, at least you can go to this channel and see and join in on our Cardio Drumming classes.

This account is a group of passionate people for their health, mental, social state of mind. These videos demonstrate modified and high intensity ways to complete Cardio Drumming. Come and exercise use with us every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 9:30am at 8100 Refugee Rd. We do this outside and it’s a free class it will only cost you $5 to rent the equipment but if you have a bucket, ball and drumsticks just bring yourself!!!!!

Looks like we will be drumming tonight without the rain! Suppose to stop raining around 5:00 so come out and workout!
6:30pm tonight and Thursday night and Saturday mornings at 9:30am always at The parking lot of 8100 Refugee Rd in Pickerington
