🚨 Cardio alone won’t help you burn fat, sorry to burst your bubble. At least not the way that you want. Cardio is an essential part of fitness, but wont give you the definition that you want. It’s best to have a balance of strength training and cardio, or combine them together.
What do I mean by combine them together? Similar to what I’m doing here. Try doing multiple exercises back to back, saving your break to the end of the circuit, (30-45 sec break) between sets. Also limiting how long your break is, keeping your heart rate up and your body in a fat burning state. This can be applied to many workouts and movements, but just adjust accordingly to strength and comfort.
