As of Monday 18 May 2020 Bodyworks Gym will be closing their doors. This is a good time for Gil & I to focus on other things. we want to thank our extended family(customers) for their loyalty and dedication to the club and keeping fit. We can continue to stay together working out at “The Gym” on Highway 11. Edgar Woods (owner) has asked me to be the fitness director and get the classes there off and running. We are excited for this new chapter in our lives as I can continue to teach and workout which I love. I am also excited that we will have several instructors with their own experience and individuality who will be joining the group of instructors. We will be having a variety of classes - so like “The Gym” and keep in touch. God bless you and your families and let’s keep working out together.
