Ok I have truly contemplated this whole thing several times. As much as I want to see each of you, I think it is in my best interest to say we are canceling class this morning january 24th at 8:30 am. I am hoping you all stay warm, safe and remain healthy during this winter storm. JCH Wellness Center

We would like to thank you all for your understanding of our recent cancellation. We unfortunately need to make one more adjustment to next week and then our scheduled classes will resume as normal.
Tuesday January 6, class at 7 pm
Saturday January 10, class is cancelled
