And just like that the 2026 Florida Golf Schools are complete! We worked from sunrise to moonrise, saw rocket launch, hit over gators, knocked down noodles, hit the hot tub before and after golf, and improved the scoring parts of our game. Salvador joined me for the last school and found out what’s it like to work until the hands bleed! As always a huge thank you to Gillian for holding down the fort while I’m away. I could not do it without you . Also, thank you to for their hospitality and willingness to allow me to conduct my schools without flaw. It’s been a great 5 years and I look forward to a sixth!

Had a break in the schedule so I was able to head to Gainesville to watch Alexandra play in the Lady Bison Spring Invitational Long game is on 🔥🔥. Short game a little 🥶🥶. Kind of what was to be expected considering this was her first time on grass in a few months. Gotta love winters in the northeast. Overall nice playing by the young lady now she is back home for a week and returns to Florida for next tournament with in mid March. Good luck to Alexandra and the rest of the women’s team! golf

Congratulations to Trisha for being named the 12 and Under Player of the Year! This list of accomplishments to win the award are pretty impressive. • 399.50 Total Points
• 13 First Place Finishes in 17 Events
• 1st Place in 12 & Under Championship
• 1st Place in two-day event at Turtle Creek Golf Course
• Finished in Top 3 in 16 of 17 events. Thank you to Trisha and the Lobo family for inviting me out to see her be presented with the championship belt. It has been an honor to be Trisha and Nathan’s coach and I look forward to seeing them continue to be successful and grow to be great golfers and incredible humans. And oh by the way she only stuck it to 10 feet in the 7th hole at Pebble Beach after dinner and awards. .s.kidsgolf

Halloween Clinic Reboot! It has been a few years but never fear it is back! Nothing like playing a little golf in a costume. The juniors compete in a trick or treat knockout game and ripped a bunch of drives! In order to participate in the clinic juniors were asked to donate a bag of canned goods to be donated to local food pantry. I am happy to report that we donated 116 pounds of food to the Open Door Ministry in Royersford! Thank you to all who donated and participated and we will see you next year. Congrats to Brody Calle for winning on the this week. Brody played some solid golf on one of the older clubs in the section. Nice way to head into his senior year golf season. Nice work my man looking forward to your season this fall!

And just like that the 2025 Sumner Junior Golf Camps are over! We played our usual games at the Golf Academy, conquered hole 9, learned so much and made new friends. We also found out at an early age what this game can do to us…picture 3. We love it so much and feel it’s pain a bunch but we keep grinding to get better everyday! Welcome to golf young man! Huge congrats to Addy for her victory Sub-Regional this week!!!! Addy tallied 129 points that included 60 points in the chipping portion. She has come a long way in our short time together and can’t wait to see what happens when .regs gets her moving faster!!! One more to go!!! Also did not have the day she wanted but she isn’t out of the mix yet as second alternate. So proud of you!!!!

Back to back!!! Congratulations to Alexandra for winning her second straight Women’s Club Championship last weekend. Another trophy to add to the collection before heading off to college next month Way to go short stack!

Dude has been playing some good golf so far this month and Chase kept it going yesterday shooting a career low tournament round of -1 (70) on the event. He also recorded a second place finish on the tour at the beginning of the month shooting 3 over for 36 holes. Chase also qualified for the Philadelphia Boys Junior PGA to be held on July 1st Chase has been working hard at the game and it is starting to show. Proud of you man!!! Keep it going!

The journey to Augusta begins! Nice day for a few of the Golf Academy Juniors yesterday Nathan took 2nd overall in the 14-15 boys division. Trisha and Addy took the top 2 spots in the girls 10-11 division and Carter took third overall in the boys. Congrats to you all and good luck to everyone in the Sub-Regional next month!

Congratulations to Addy Sabatini for winning the U.S. Kids points title on the Philadelphia Spring Tour in the Girls Ages 9-10 division. She beat out some very tough competition during the spring and her consistency paid off. Addy played in 5 of the 6 events placing second each time! Way to go Addy!!! .s.kidsgolf
