Susanne's Dance Center of Performing Arts A family run dance studio that offers affordable dance classes since 1980! We offer ballet, tap, jazz, hip - hop, lyrical and more! ENROLL TODAY!

Susanne has been dance since the age of 3. Besides, her extensive dance training she is also a graduate from "Queen of Prussia" modeling and charm school. She taught modeling and dance there for 2 years. A past ten year member of "Forge Theater" she was on the Board of Directors for four years and was nominated president. She wrote and directed two children's Christmas plays and was the Forge "Anv

il" winner for a special production "Grease and Leather"-she was the write, director and choreographer Forge's very first musical. Other musicals she has choreographed are "Bye, Bye, Birdie", "Music Man" and "Sound of Music." In 1990 Susanne directed the area's "Dogwood Pageant". She choreographed its first contestant production dance routine, which has now become a part of each year's pageant. A past finalist in the Mrs. Pennsylvania Pageant, Susanne also founded the "Official America's Little Miss Pageant"; which she whole-hearted put together for ten years. Her recent venture was the director and choreographer of the "MTV" video dance style "Y2K Groove", produced for cable. Starting in her basement dance studio, Susanne taught dance there for ten years before moving into her new studio. Now, she has spent another 20 years there. Her students have entertained at many charity show, have won many dance and modeling competitions and have held many titles, some of them performed on the Chief Half town and Al Albert's television Shows. Susanne is still studying at dance teacher workshops and receiving many certificates of achievement. Other Staff Includes:

Alex Kaehn (Hip-Hop, Jazz, Tap)
Catherine Riggins (Teaching Assistant)

The dance season begins in August, schedules are formed by the end of that month with classes starting after Labor Day. Registration is left open if possible until approx October. All styles of dance are offered and class sizes are usually no larger then 8-10 children per class. Our annual show is held each June at The Venue, within the Valley Forge Casino & Resort. This weekend Gianna Meccariello and Gianna Moffa performed their duo “Ramalama (Bang Bang) at Backstage Dance Competition choreography by Ms. Corinna! We are sooo proud of them. They won high gold and 1st place High Score for Duo/Trio in their age group. So much fun. Congratulations to our “Giannas” ♥️🖤
