A PAX of 11 came together for the 2024 JOE SAC memorial beatdown at the Honey Pot for Su***de Awareness Month.

-Warm ups included a round of 988 reps.
-Moseys included a rotating 40 # burden bag.
-We ended with a 3:30 min plank to “Burden”, by Foy Vance, doing a push up each time the word was sung
