raining methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everyone in between. However, not all Crossfit facilities are created equal. Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of weightlifting, gymnastics, and high intensity cardio, emphasizing safety and efficiency of movement with proper technique, to elicit the best results for each individual. We take time to break down movements and strive to help each member reach their individual goals and get better every day. CLIENT APPRECIATION WEEK ❤️

This week we are handing out a few special prize boxes to some of our amazing members. The truth is, every person in our community deserves to be celebrated… but we wanted to highlight a few members who consistently represent the culture we work so hard to build here at CrossFit Main Line.

One of those members is ALLISON H. 👏

Allison was selected because of her incredible consistency, positivity, and the way she goes out of her way to make others feel welcome.

If you’ve ever been new or nervous walking into class, there’s a good chance Allison was one of the first people to say hello, offer encouragement, or help you feel like you belonged here.

That matters.

As a mom of FIVE, making time to prioritize fitness is not easy. Life is busy, schedules are chaotic, and there are always a hundred other responsibilities competing for attention. But Allison continues to show up, put in the work, and stay committed to herself and her health.

We are so proud of the consistency and dedication she has demonstrated this year, but even more proud of the positive impact she has on the people around her ❤️

No, the first rule of Olympic lifting is to develop sound mechanics before forcing
positions...especially when under load.

These 8-weeks will do just that! Athletes of all levels will become more technically proficient, confident, and comfortable with and without weight on the bar. Following a RPE/Percentage hybrid progression, each
week will increase the loading, starting at about 60% RPE 6, and ending with 85-90%/RPE 9 loading.
