Most people think joint pain means "stop training."

But unless it's a true injury, it usually means you need to adjust how you're moving - not quit altogether.

Here are 5 ways to keep training safely when your joints are talking back:

1. Modify the range — train the part that doesn't hurt.
2. Slow down the reps - less momentum = less joint
stress.
3. Strengthen your stabilizers — they protect your joints long term.
4. ï»żï»żSwap the variation, not the muscle — there's always an option that feels better.
5. ï»żï»żUse the pain scale — pain is information, not a stop sign.

Stronger muscles = happier joints!

 but that’s only true if your meals are small.

When you build your plate with high-volume, low-calorie foods—fruits, veggies, greens, berries, zucchini, mushrooms, cucumbers, anything water- or fiber-rich—you can actually eat more, stay fuller, and still stay in a deficit.
