Ask a player how they played and they’ll tell you about the goal or mistake. Ask them what their body shape looked like when the ball came into their foot in the 34th minute and you get a blank stare.

Film breakdown is where guessing stops. We pull your game apart, find the 2 or 3 habits actually costing you. Scanning, body position, decision speed. And give you the reps to fix them. Not vague feedback. Clips, with a plan attached.

High school and college players. This is the fastest way to get better without adding a single extra training session.

Drive at the defender hips on hips and feel the leverage switch in your favor. ⚖️

Many attackers see the space and just attack it as fast as they can but that’s not always the right idea.

It’s the defenders job to set traps and keep your options limited to just one.

Keep your options open by driving at them straight on and forcing them to commit.

Once they’ve committed, you take on the space that you created. Not what the defender left for you. 👊

Three weeks in and you’re not where you thought you’d be.

Here’s what nobody tells you about preseason. The roster your coach builds is based off 5 sessions and a fitness test and it gets rewritten every season by injuries, form, by one guy who refused to disappear.

The players who climb don’t ask for minutes. They pick a role the team actually needs and become undeniable at it before conference play starts.

Slide 4 is what most players are too proud to do.

Save it. Send it to a teammate who’s gone quiet since the first match.

While they rest, you train.
