Meet Jess! One of my first clients as a trainer. She came to me lost and confused about food and exercise….the under eater and cardio queen. Super common in female weight loss clients. Let’s hear what she has to say about her journey with me.
“I started training with Stacie back in 2019. I had a few trainers before her, but none who made such an impact on my life the way she did. I’ve always struggled with my weight, ever since I was a child. I would try all of these diets and exercise routines to lose the weight and then gain it back a few months later. When I started working with Stacie, I immediately saw results. She put me on a realistic plan when it came to exercise and what I was eating, and my body responded really well. She changed my entire mindset about working out. Before meeting her, I always felt like working out was a chore, but she would always remind me of how fortunate I am to be able to move my body and how working out should be something to enjoy. I think one of the greatest things Stacie has ever done for me is she has changed my mindset about the gym and also eating - two things I’ve struggled with all of my life. I’ve recently had two babies back to back, and it definitely took a toll on my body, but this time, while I’m working on losing the weight again, I have the mindset and the tools necessary to be successful with my weight-loss journey, and that’s all thanks to Stacie. She helped me to make the realistic lifestyle changes I needed. I also think what sets Stacie apart from other trainers is that she genuinely cares about her clients. To her we aren’t just another statistic or another number, we are “her people” and not only does she want to see us succeed, she wants to see us happy, as well. I think that’s what makes working with her so special. She truly is the best!”
Now she has the tools to do it on her own and we gained a life long friendship! Love you to the moon and back!
